Hello,

When Max crashes it will create a crash dump called 3dsmax_minidump.dmp located in your temp folder (type %temp% in the windows explorer address bar). Can you share the dump here ?

Thanks for the crash dump. It's always a good idea to clear previous crack files before installing a legal copy of V-Ray.
